Sill's Crew

SHIRLEY B. is the namesake of the crew chief's daughter, Shirly Bowman.

Appartently "Pop" Tobin was not the original RO/Waist. He had already done a tour of duty and was an instructor. But he did not like it and wanted to get back into the action. So the original RO, Bernie Lipstein (spelling?) was replaced with "Pop".
