This is an H2X image of the Normandy beachhead at Graye-Sur-Mer, June 6th, 1944. Ground clutter distorts the image at the center. Long arcs visible in the upper portion are an indication of a poorly adjusted radar set. The ships of the invasion force are clearly visible. |
