This photo shows an A-28 "Hudson" made by Lockheed. This aircraft was flown by the 9th Anti-submarine Squadron while stationed in Miami. The 9th AS became the 486th Bomb Group.

The Hudson served as the platform for the "Lodestar", a civilian transport, after the war.

The aircraft behind the Hudson is a Cessna UC-78 "Bobcat". This aircraft was dubbed the "Bamboo Bomber" by the pilots who flew them, and was one of the aircraft featured in the popular television series "Sky King".
