The French Legion of Honor is the highest French honor awarded to military and civilian personnel in service to France. The Legion D'Honneur is the highest medal that can be awarded in France to French citizens as well as on
foreigners. The awards were presented by Colonel Paul Bader, French Military Mission at US Central Command; Bridadier General Pierre Gindre, Chief of Mission at US Central Command and Philippe Vinogradoff, Consul General De France at Miami. The movie "France will never forget", a touching tribute to these brave honorees, was shown.
