LT Deckelmayer's Crew Left to right BACK: Aycock (radio), Mowerca (tail), Schnieder (ball), Youngs (waist), Allison (FE/gunner), Pase (AFE, waist). FRONT: Deckelmayer (pilot), Yohn, (copilot), McMichael (navigator), Swain (bombardier). LT Deckelmayer and crew, flying "Baby Shoe III" (#292), were shot down by flak on September 9, 1944.
